Empowering Teachers to use Data in the Classroom

Districts want to share data with their teachers, but teachers don't have the time to read and to search through endless paper reports produced in different formats from different systems. Trying to find what they need is very difficult , if not impossible. School leaders realize that without teachers having their students' performance data easily accessible as they prepare instruction, significant improvements in student outcomes are unlikely.
